1- I tried to download the Game for iPhone or iPad and it's not working.

If you're having trouble downloading the game for iPhone or iPad, try these troubleshooting tips:

Check to see how much space is available on your phone or tablet.

Tap Settings then General

Tap iPhone/iPad Storage

If you have less than 100 MB available, you can uninstall apps to clear up space, then retry the download.

Check your internet connectivity. For best results, connect to Wi-Fi and retry the download.

Cancel and restart the download.

Log out of game, then retry the download.

Uninstall your game, restart your phone and then re-install the game from the App Store.

If there's a newer version of the game you don't have yet, it'll be listed there for you to download
